From hierarchy to values
Shifting from an economy, hierarchical, predictable, to an economy network oriented, unpredictable we have to reinvent the management.
Probably that the foreseeable side of the legacy companies will not disappear because it’s their main asset, but they will have to combine it with an agile management side. And the performance will result of the right balance.
I’m fascinated by this topic because it’s, from my point of view, a very critical point for the company performance and future and it’s about the human in a digital society.
I spend times with leaders and managers on this topic because it is crucial for a “well” introduction/irruption of the digital in the companies.
